Cancellation Policy
To all my beautiful clients: I understand life happens and situations can arise, but I kindly ask that you notify me MINIMUM 24 hours (1 Day) in advance if you wish to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment so I have an opportunity to fill your spot.
PLEASE NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
This is an absolute judgement free zone
Please feel free to just be yourself and relax during your session.
*APPOINTMENT HOLDING FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.* (deposits) will go towards your service total.*
* *ALL SERVICES & RETAIL PRODUCTS SALES ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS**
CANCELLATIONS: At least a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you’ll be charged a 50% fee of your service. (You will lose your holding deposit)
LATE: If you will be 10 or minutes late (PLEASE LET ME KNOW) by 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of your service. You will have to reschedule online. (Will require a new holding deposit)
NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 75% for your service.(you will lose your holding deposit)
