Cancellation Policy

To all my beautiful clients: I understand life happens and situations can arise, but I kindly ask that you notify me MINIMUM 24 hours (1 Day) in advance if you wish to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment so I have an opportunity to fill your spot. This is an absolute judgement free zone. Please feel free to just be yourself and relax during your session. *APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.* will go towards your service total. * *ALL SERVICES & RETAIL PRODUCTS SALES ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS** CANCELLATIONS: At least a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you’ll be charged a 50% fee of your service. Deposit will be forfeited. LATE: If you will be 5-10 minutes late (PLEASE LET ME KNOW) by 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of your service. You will have to reschedule online. (Will require a new deposit) NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 75% of your service(s). deposit will be forfeited. NO SHOWS/NO CALLS WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE FOR FUTURE SERVICES.
